To access Dentrix, you will be sent an email from Dentrix to set up your account. The email will come from live5@dentrixascend.com - please assure to check your spam folder as well.
You will have 24 hours to set up your account, but do not worry! If you have not set up your account within this timeframe, and if you have the Dentrix email, you will still be able to set up and log into your account!
STEPS TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
- Your initial email to 'CREATE YOUR PASSWORD':
- Once you click on the 'CREATE PASSWORD' link, it will take you to a 'RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD' webpage. It will ask the following:
- Organization: Zollege
- Username: This is the email address you received the email from.
- A pop-up will then come and tell you to 'RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD'

IF YOU HAVE LOGGED IN PREVIOUSLY BUT ARE NOW LOGGED OUT:
- Head to the login page and select 'Forgot Password?'
- From here you will be able to access your account.
