Broken Dexter Steps

If you have a broken Dexter that needs to be repaired, please follow the following procedure:

  • To request a replacement for a damaged Dexter, instructors must fill out the Inventory Issue Form and provide detailed information about the issue.

  • Once the supply team receives the request, they will send a new Dexter replacement along with a return label. Instructors can use the same shipping box they received with the replacement to send the broken Dexter back to our HQ office.

  • DO NOT include rod, mask or top of head with your shipment.

  • How long does it typically take for the supply team to review the request and send a replacement Dexter? 
    • Around 5-10 business days.
  • What should instructors do if the rod, mask, or top of the head is broken?
