ClioSoft Software Troubleshooting

The following is the troubleshooting and repair process for the x-ray sensor

  1. On the web browser search for “Sota Imaging Support”
    1. Select 'Download AnyDesk' to give remote access to the technician to install the software
  2. Have the x-ray sensor with you as you’ll need to provide the serial number
  3. Call Sota Imaging (714)-532-6100
    1. Press '2' to connect to Technical Support then,
    2. Press '1' to connect with a Technician
      1. Provide the name of our company” Vandelay Education” or "Zollege"
      2. Provide the technician with as much detail as you can about the issue connecting the sensor with the software or the laptop
  4. The technician will access the devices remotely and try to troubleshoot the software
    1. You’ll have to stay connected to the call until the installation is complete
    2. The technician will need your assistance during the installation to restart the device and connect/test the sensor at the end of the troubleshooting
  5. If the technician cannot resolve the issue, they will suggest sending the faulty sensor to Sota Imaging for a diagnostic. At this point, you will need to inform your Campus Manager and wait for the next steps. Please do not ship or proceed with the loaner sensor.
