      Student Exit Interview

      Please complete this form at the end of every class.

      Why? - To collect student information and better assist them with their job search. 

      When? -

       

      Note - If you have collected student information in the past and have personally submitted a CPE/Job Form you can notate this in the End of Day Notes rather than having the student submit the form again.
