Dentrix Ascend: Student/Instructor View & Reset Password

Students and Instructors will be sent an email from Dentrix to set up their account. The email will come from live5@dentrixascend.com - please have your staff and students look for this email address.

They will have 24 hours to set up their account, but do not worry! If a student or instructor has not set up their account within this timeframe, if they have the Dentrix email, they will still be able to set up and log into their account.

It is important to note that in order for them to do this, their account must first be made by us, if they don't have an account in the system, then one will have to made for them (follow the other Guru cards)

    1. The initial email that comes to the student or instructor:

    1. Once they click on the 'CREATE PASSWORD' link, it will take them to a 'Recover your password' webpage
    1. It will ask the following:
  1. Organization: they need to put Zollege
  2. Username: is the email address we have on file for them

    1. A pop up will then come and tell the user to check their email for their 'Recover Password'

    1. The Email looks like below, and they just select 'Set your password' link

    1. This then takes them to set their password

    2. And then to login
  1. Organization: Zollege

  2. Username: is the email address we have on file for them

  3. Password: whatever they set as their password

  1. Then they are in!

If a student has logged in in the past, but is now logged out: They just need to go to the log in page (https://live5.dentrixascend.com/login#/dashboard) and select 'Forgot Password?' - from here they will be able to reset their account
