How To Find Student Information
Students can request copies of their Certificate of Completion and Transcript after they have completed the program. We only hold on to student records for five years.
To find certificates/transcripts, please utilize the ZQL Dashboard for the specific start date of the student
Canvas -- 5/21-current
Open edX -- 1/20-3/21
Compliance Portal -- 4/21-current
Salesforce -- 10/17-10/20
If the information is not located within ZQL, you can also utilize the Google Master Drive. Search by their first and last name. If there are no results, we likely do not have a record on file any longer.
Additionally, a student can request any document that they turned in or received from us while in the program, including but not limited to, high school diploma, immunization records, etc.
