Resetting Dentrix Ascend Accounts
If an instructor or student needs their Dentrix Ascend account reset, or if they did not accept their initial invite before it expired follow the following to reset their account.

Log into Dentrix Ascend

Select 'Settings' at the top right tool bar
- Select 'User Accounts'

Expand ImageDownload ImageCopy Link to Image

Use the 'Search' bar

Paste the instructor's or student's email address in to find their account

Click the 'Include Inactive' button (this will help in the following steps)
- Select the person you need to reset their account

Their account should show 'Active = Yes'

Click the 'Yes' so it doesn't show active (the box should show blank now)
- Select 'Save' at the bottom left hand corner (this will take you back to the accounts page

Expand ImageDownload ImageCopy Link to Image

Select the same person again

At the 'Active' button at the top right hand of the page, click the box so it shows active
- Select 'Save' at the bottom left hand corner (this will take you back to the accounts page

Expand ImageDownload ImageCopy Link to Image

This will then push them an email with information on registration/getting into their account
