What is the North Carolina State Licensing Process?

This article guides you through the steps of your state licensing if it applies to your state specifically!

  1. What: Upon completion of the program, students will receive their certificate of completion & a Radiology Certificate
  2. What does the processing look like & when do they get/hear back: 
    • Students must pass their final exam to receive their Radiology certificate and to be able to operate x-Ray equipment
    • You will be identified as a Dental Assistant I at the conclusion of your program. 

Any other info: 

Dental Assistants must take a North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners-approved course and pass its final to be able to perform radiography. Our course meets this requirement.
