What do I do if I can’t reach my Academic Advisor?

Question: I have been trying to reach my Academic Advisor and I’m not getting a response. What should I do?


Answer: We’re sorry for the delay. If your Academic Advisor has not responded within 2 business days, please escalate by emailing support@zollege.com with your full name, program, school location, and a summary of your request. Include the date(s) you previously tried to reach your advisor. A Student Success team member will respond within 1 business day and either assist you directly or assign a new advisor if needed. Your concern matters to us, and we want to make sure you receive timely support.
