Question: There is a mistake on my Certificate of Completion. How do I get it corrected?
Answer: If your certificate has an error (such as a misspelled name or wrong school location), email your Academic Advisor or support@zollege.com with the subject line “Certificate Correction Request.” Attach a clear photo or scan of the certificate showing the error, provide the correct information (correct legal name, correct school name), and include a copy of a government-issued ID if a name change is requested. Please note: the school name on your certificate must match the school you actually graduated from. If you transferred between locations, the original campus name will remain on the certificate. Corrections typically take 5–10 business days to process.
