How do I get my CPR certificate after graduation?

Find out when and how you will receive your CPR eCard from AHA or Red Cross after completing your training, including troubleshooting steps.

Question: I have finished my program. When and how do I receive my CPR certificate?

Answer: Your CPR certificate is issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross after you successfully complete your CPR training during the program. Once your instructor has submitted your CPR completion to the certifying body, you will receive your eCard directly to the email address on file, usually within 2 weeks. If you have not received your CPR eCard, check your spam/junk folder for an email from eCards@heart.org or redcross.org, confirm that your email on file with Zollege is correct, and email your Academic Advisor to request a CPR issuance follow-up. CPR certifications are valid in all 50 U.S. states for 2 years from the issue date.
