How do I use my voucher code to take my RDA exam?
This article explains how students receive and use their RDA exam voucher code, including when it’s sent, how to redeem it for scheduling the exam, and what to do if the code is missing or not working.
Your voucher code is your prepaid testing pass for the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) exam. It's automatically emailed to the address on file once you've completed all required coursework, your 80 externship hours, and your final compliance check (typically within 5 business days of program completion).
To redeem it:
(1) Go to the testing provider's website listed in your completion email, usually DANB.org for national exams or your state's official testing portal.
(2) Create a candidate account using the same name on your Zollege enrollment so your records match.
(3) On the payment screen, look for a field labeled Voucher, Promo Code, or Payment Code and paste your code exactly as received - codes are case-sensitive.
(4) Pick your test center and date; most regions have weekly availability.
(5) Save the confirmation email - you'll need it to check in on test day.
