Process Overview

1. New License Acquisition

  • Identify new schools requiring licenses
  • Research state-specific licensing requirements
  • Submit application and pay required fees
  • Receive and document issued license

2. License Renewal

  • Review tracking sheet for upcoming expirations
  • Follow state-specific renewal instructions
  • Submit renewal and payment
  • Update expiration details

3. Tracking and Documentation

  • Maintain Business License Tracking Sheet
  • Store license documents in Compliance Folder
  • Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date

4. Ongoing Monitoring

  • Conduct monthly reviews of all licenses
  • Initiate renewal process before expiration
