Question: My status shows “pending graduation” because of a balance. What do I need to do?
Answer: “Pending Graduation” means you have completed all academic and externship requirements, but a final tuition balance is still due. Once your balance is paid in full, you will be moved to “Graduated” status and your certificate will be released. To resolve a pending payment, log in to your student portal and make a payment using a credit/debit card, or contact the Finance team at support@zollege.com to set up a final payment plan. If you believe your balance is incorrect or already paid, please reply to your most recent billing email with proof of payment so we can update your account.
