## Purpose
Defines the process for renewing school licenses to maintain compliance with state regulations and avoid operational disruptions.
## Scope
Applies to all licensed schools requiring renewal and involves both Compliance and Finance teams.
## Trigger
- Upcoming state license renewal deadline identified
## Process Overview
### 1. Track Renewal Dates
- Monitor Compliance tracking sheet
- Identify upcoming renewal deadlines
### 2. Review State Requirements
- Check state-specific renewal procedures
- Identify required documentation
### 3. Prepare Documentation
- Gather student and operational records
- Submit check requests if required
### 4. Finance Coordination
- Provide financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
- Follow reporting calendar deadlines
### 5. Submit Renewal
- Complete and submit application
- Ensure accuracy of all forms
### 6. Update Tracking
- Update compliance tracking sheet
- Maintain visibility of renewal status
