Process Overview
1. Prepare Setup
- Confirm setup date with host office
- Order required storage tubs and materials
2. Cabinet Setup
- Assemble cabinet and locking mechanism
- Adjust shelves for storage requirements
3. Organize and Label Supplies
- Sort supplies into categorized tubs
- Label all containers clearly
- Ensure proper placement for easy access
4. Equipment Setup
- Connect laptops to internet
- Set up and test printer
- Verify sensors and calibration
5. Secure Storage
- Store sensitive materials in locked containers
- Use secure storage (Vaulz box)
6. Inventory Management
- Verify all supplies using inventory sheet
- Identify missing items for restocking
- Store overflow items appropriately
7. Final Setup Check
- Document completed setup with photos
- Place setup reference inside cabinet
- Display required compliance materials
