Applies to Campus Managers and staff responsible for setting up medical supplies, equipment, and storage systems.

Process Overview
1. Cabinet Setup
- Assemble cabinet and install shelves
- Label shelves according to supply categories
2. Organize and Label Supplies
- Sort supplies into categorized tubs
- Label all tubs clearly
- Place supplies according to designated layout
3. Phlebotomy Setup
- Prepare phlebotomy tray with required tools
- Organize equipment for accessibility
4. Equipment and Technology Setup
- Set up Chromebooks and internet connection
- Connect and test printers
- Set up TV and additional equipment
5. Storage Organization
- Arrange items within supply cabinet by category
- Use overflow bin for excess supplies
6. File Cabinet Setup
- Label drawers by category
- Organize administrative and operational supplies
7. Final Inventory and Cleanup
- Verify inventory using checklist
- Store extra items properly
- Clean and organize setup area
8. Documentation
- Take photo of completed setup
- Store reference inside cabinet
- Ensure keys and materials are properly placed
