Purpose

Defines the process for tracking and updating student CCMA practice test scores to ensure accurate records and support exam readiness.

Scope

Applies to Student Success Admin and Academic Advisor teams responsible for monitoring and recording student progress in CCMA preparation.

Trigger

• Ongoing monitoring of student progress
• Pre-final grade review

Process Overview

1. Access ZQL System

• Log into ZQL
• Select appropriate school and course

2. Access NHA Learning Insight Center

• Navigate to course in NHA system
• Load course details

3. Review Practice Test Completion

• Go to Assessments section
• Review each student’s practice test completion
• Check baseline and subsequent tests

4. Update Grade Book

• Record completion status in ZQL:
  • ✔ for completed tests
  • ❌ for incomplete tests
• Repeat for all students and tests

5. Monitor and Follow Up

• Track student progress regularly
• Follow up with students missing tests
• Ensure completion before course end

6. Final Verification

• Confirm all scores are updated
• Ensure grade book accuracy before finalization

• Grade book must be complete before final grading
