# Zoom Class Access & Missing Join Links

#### Q: A student didn't receive their Zoom link and class starts today — what's the priority?
Answer: Speed. Pull the current Zoom link from the cohort record, send it directly to the student's email of record, and post a note in HubSpot. Class start time is the hard deadline.
#### Q: What if the cohort record doesn't have a Zoom link?
Answer: Escalate immediately to the technology team in #tech-requests. Do not create a personal Zoom room as a workaround.
#### Q: The student's email in HubSpot doesn't match the one they're writing from what then?
Answer: Verify identity (name, phone, last 4 of student ID) before sending the link to a new email address, and update the HubSpot record if confirmed.
