How To Process A Drop

To remove all future payments from an invoice and prevent further charges to the student, start by accessing the invoice from the deal and clicking on 'Edit Payments'. Select 'Scheduled Payments' and scroll to the bottom of the payments. From there, choose 'Remove All Payments', followed by 'Remove Unpaid Payments'.

After taking care of the invoice, return to the DEAL and move the stage to 'Pre-Class Drop'. If the student is in the ENROLLMENT pipeline, simply move the stage accordingly. If the student is in the SERVICE pipeline, move the pipeline back to ENROLLMENT and update the stage to 'Pre-Class Drop'. You'll need to choose a reason for the drop at this point.

Next, go into the CONTACT and find the DROP column on the left side. Check that the DROP REASON and WITHDRAWAL DATE are listed in the coordinating properties, and click 'Create a Drop Ticket?' followed by 'Yes'. This will initiate a drop ticket for accounting to begin processing. You may need to refresh the page a few times to ensure all information is up to date.
