How to reset a Canvas account

  1. Visit the Login Page:

  2. Request a Password Reset:

    • Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
    • Enter the email address associated with your Zollege account.
    • Click "Submit" to request a password reset.
  3. Check Your Email:

    • You will receive an email from Zollege Support containing a link to reset your password.
    • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Reset Your Password:

    • Open the email from Zollege Support and click on the password reset link.
    • Follow the instructions to create a new password for your account.
  5. Log In:

    • Return to the Zollege Canvas login page and log in with your new password.
