Smartsheet is an excellent tool for staying informed about current regions. The School Info sheet can be conveniently segmented by state and easily searched using 'cmd + f' on Mac laptops for larger states like Texas.
HUBSPOT
HubSpot is another great tool for quickly searching current regions. You can access this information within HubSpot by navigating to the 'Companies' section under 'Contacts' (or the Company attached to the student profile) and searching for the school name. Once located, search the property 'Service Owner' to find the appropriate SSA. Additionally, you can find the property 'Student Success Email Address' to send to the student if they require their contact email.
