A quick overview of what to do if you are unable to login on your phone
Canvas App
We recommend using a laptop, computer, or tablet instead of the Canvas app, as it's not compatible with our current version of Canvas.
Phone - Web Browser
If you are unable to log in through your phone's web browser please try the following solutions.
Solution #1 -
- Clear your cache - Depending on your browser, clearing your cache may help your login issues. Please select your web browser from below:
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox
- Other - Please search your browser for 'browser name clear cache'
Solution #2 -
- Check to see the following -
- Have you typed your email address correctly? Sometimes email addresses can be misspelled.
- Are you accessing the correct Canvas URL? You will not get the reset email if you are trying to reset your password on the correct site (learn.zollege.com).
- Are you the owner of your email address? If your email address is owned by someone else and you can't receive emails for that address, you won't be able to get the reset email. Contact the owner of the email address for assistance.

- Submit a Support Ticket - If you have completed the following solutions with your issue not being resolved, please submit a Support Ticket at the top of this page. Make sure to detail your issue as well as explain the steps already taken to try and fix the issue. Your Student Advisor will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist with your issue.
