How to Request a Schedule Verification or Enrollment Letter
This article explains how students can request enrollment or schedule verification letters for agencies, employers, or subsidy programs, what information is needed in the request, and what details the official letter includes.
Yes - Zollege issues schedule verification letters for any official agency that requires proof of enrollment, including Job & Family Services (JFS), child-care subsidy programs, employer tuition reimbursement, or housing applications.
To request one, email your Academic Advisor with:
(1) the agency name and any specific form they require (some agencies, like JFS in Ohio, have their own one-page form they want filled out),
(2) your full legal name as enrolled,
(3) the agency's mailing or fax address if they don't accept email.
Letters are issued on official Zollege letterhead within 2 business days and include: your program name, your enrollment status, your weekly class hours, your scheduled completion date, and contact info for verification.
If you need the letter sent directly to the agency (rather than to you), tell your advisor in your request - we can email or fax it to them at no charge.
