What is Dentrix and how do I log in for my course?
This article explains what Dentrix software is, when students receive access to it, how to log in and set it up, and what to do if they have password or access issues.
Dentrix is the dental practice-management software you'll learn during your Dental Assistant program. You'll use it for patient charting, appointment scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance billing - the same tasks you'll perform daily in a real dental office.
You'll receive your Dentrix Learning Edition license key and login link in week 4 of the program, sent to your school email. Installation requires Windows; Mac users can use a free virtual machine (instructions are in the Student Portal under Software Setup).
Login steps:
(1) Open Dentrix Learning Edition,
(2) enter the username and temporary password from your welcome email,
(3) on first login, set a new password and security question,
(4) confirm the practice file Zollege Training loads on your dashboard.
If your password isn't working, click Forgot Password first. If reset doesn't help, email support@zollege.com with your full name, program, and a screenshot of the error - we'll re-provision your seat within 24 hours.
