This article provides a brief overview of our reimbursement process

Please Note: This does not include refunds for the program after dropping. 

 

If you are awaiting a reimbursement, please note that the processing time can take 5-10 business days from the time you submitted the reimbursement form. If, after 10 business days, you have not received the reimbursement, you can take the following actions:

Submit a support ticket in the "Account Support" category. A member of the support team or your Student Advisor will get back to you with information regarding the status of your reimbursement.
