Please note that processing a refund varies by state, as stated in your Enrollment Agreement. To locate your agreement, check your email for the signed document and look for the 'Cancellation and Refund Policy' located on the fifth page. Although the processing time is usually quicker, it is important to keep in mind that it may take up to the full length of time.

In case you need assistance with a past-due refund, simply submit a Support Ticket and include the date of your drop from the program as well as any other relevant information. Our team will review your request and provide an update on the status of your drop and refund.
