I am not receiving emails for my class.

I am having trouble receiving emails and need help opting into or resubscribing to emails.

There may be multiple reasons that you are not receiving emails. Before attempting the following solutions, make sure to try the following steps: 

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Assure you are using the email address associated with your account.
  3. Check your email server's email filters and make sure they are not blocking emails from Zollege.

Have you unsubscribed from our emails? 

If you have unsubscribed from Zollege emails, you can resubscribe by following these steps:

  1. Look for an old email from Zollege and locate the 'Resubscribe' button at the bottom.
  2. If the 'Resubscribe' button is not available, there may be a 'Edit Email Preferences' link where you can change your settings and resubscribe to all email types.
  3. After resubscribing, it's important to remain subscribed to receive important updates from your Student Advisor on a weekly basis.

If you have missed any emails, reach out to your Student Advisor or submit a Support Ticket and our team will provide you with the information you may have missed during the time you were unsubscribed.
