An overview of what to do in the case you need to adjust your payment plan

Zollege provides the flexibility of choosing between a weekly or bi-weekly payment schedule. Moreover, you have the option to change your payment day to any day of the week that suits you. Please be aware that if you switch from a weekly plan to a bi-weekly plan, your payment amount will double.

 

If you need to adjust your payment terms, take these steps:

  1. Submit an 'Account Support' Support Ticket with your request for an invoice update
    • ex - I need to change to a bi-weekly payment plan starting on Friday the 10th.
  2. Your Student Advisor will contact you to discuss available options.
