This article walks you through what to do in the event you're contacted about a missed payment.
A missed payment call or email means a scheduled payment failed due to insufficient funds or bank issues. To fix this, follow these steps:
- Verify your bank account balance.
- Check if your bank has flagged the payment.
- Resubmit payment through your invoice.
I checked for missed payments, but I am caught up
If you believe there's an error with the email, submit an 'Account Support' Support Ticket. Your Student Advisor will contact you with a resolution.
