      What is the Washington State Licensing Process?

      This article guides you through the steps of your state licensing if it applies to your state specifically!

      1. Once the student completes the program and passes, the student must complete a Dental Assistant Registration Application Packet (Packet can be found here)

      • Applications must be completely and accurately filled out, then mailed to the Department of Health: PO Box 1099, Olympia, WA 98507
      The application can take 1-2 weeks to be processed.
      • There is no state exam and HIV training is no longer required as of 2021
