A general overview of our additional expenses and fees
Some state exams and state applications have various fees associated with them.-
State of Texas - Tuition covers the cost of the state-required radiology exam, but not the application fee to the state, which is $39 (as of 2/2023), and an additional $4 fee for the required self-query report.

Radiation Health and Safety Exam (RHS) - Tuition covers the cost of the state-required radiology exam for some states. Reimbursement for the RHS exam is available for students in Indiana who pass and provide proof of their results.

CCMA Exam - Your tuition covers the cost of one CCMA exam attempt. If you do not pass the exam on your first try, you'll be responsible for paying for any additional attempts, which cost $155 for each attempt.
Make-up Labs
- Make-up Classes - The cost of a makeup class is $212.50, which is not included in tuition. This is necessary for students who need to stay in good standing or for those who miss one or more class days. Scheduling will be managed by your Student Advisor.
