I cannot see my certificate in my student portal

A summary of how to view your certificate or why you might not be able to

To access your certificate, log in to your Canvas portal and select "Certificates" in the navigation bar. You should receive a confirmation email once your certificate is issued. If you cannot view your certificate two weeks after the course ends, submit a Support Request ticket for assistance. The Student Advisor will respond with further information.

Why might my certificate be held? 

  • Missing Documents - Certificates will not be granted if the required documents, such as a government-issued photo ID, high school diploma/GED/proof of U.S. high school equivalency, and vaccination record (if desired), are not uploaded to the student portal.
     
  • Missing Externship Hours - Certificates may be withheld if necessary externship hours are not completed. Please ensure you have submitted both your Externship Office information and Externship Forms.
     
  • Payments - Certificates will not be issued until the course is fully paid.
